5.60.010 Street and sidewalk display restrictions.

It is unlawful for any person to put, place, display, leave or keep upon any street or sidewalk or public right-of-way in the City, any goods, wares, fruit, merchandise or other commodities of any kind intended for sale, or displayed for the purpose of inducing the sale of similar or other goods, wares, fruit, merchandise or other commodities, except as provided in Title 18 of this Code.
