Prima facie speed limits are established on the following streets in the City, as follows:

A. Thirty miles per hour:

1. Brittan Avenue, from El Camino Real to Leslie Drive;

2. Crestview Drive;

3. Holly Street, 900 and 1000 blocks;

4. San Carlos Avenue, from El Camino to the Belmont City limits;

5. Alameda de las Pulgas.

B. Thirty-five miles per hour:

1. Industrial Road;

2. Howard Avenue, between El Camino and Industrial Road;
