18.100.010 Applicability.

The following requirements shall apply in L Combining Districts. (Ord. 977 § 1 Ex. A (part), 1987)

18.100.020 Planting and other beautification measures.

Planting and other beautification measures shall be utilized in order to achieve a uniform landscaped entry into the City. Measures to be used shall include, but not be limited to, landscaping, monument signing, open spaces, etc., and shall be subject to the approval of the Planning Director.
