18.112.010 Applicability.

The following regulations shall apply in all unclassified or U Districts, and shall be subject to the provisions of this title. Any land within the incorporated limits of the city, now or in the future and not otherwise designated or indicated on the zoning map, shall be in the unclassified or U District. (Ord. 977 § 1 Ex. 18.112.020 Permitted uses.

All uses not otherwise prohibited by law shall be permitted in U Districts upon the granting of a use permit by the Planning Commission in accordance with the use permit procedure in Chapter 18.124 this title. (Ord. 977 § 1 Ex. A (part), 1987)

18.112.030 Regulations.

Building height limits, building site area requirements and yards requirements shall be as specified in the use permit. (Ord. 977 § 1 Ex. A (part), 1987)
