A contract is authorized the council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees’ Retirement System, a copy of which contract is on file in the office of the city clerk, and is hereby referred to and by such reference made a part of this section as though set forth in full. (Prior code § 2310)

2.32.020 Contract execution authority.

The mayor is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of the agency. (Prior code § 2310.1)
