GAS TAX IMPROVEMENT FUND

3.28.010 Establishment.
The city clerk is authorized and directed to establish a special fund to be known and designated by the title of "special gas tax street improvement fund" and make appropriate entries in the account books of the city indicating the establishment of the fund as above designated. (Ord. 190 § 1, 1936).
3.28.020 Deposit.
It is further provided that all funds received from the state of California which shall arise from payments of gas tax allocations under the General Law of the state shall be deposited in the fund so designated. (Ord. 483 § 1(F), 1974; Ord. 190 § 2, 1936).
3.28.030 Expenditures.
All moneys deposited in the fund shall be expended only in such manner as will not conflict with the Streets and Highways Code of the state of California. (Ord. 190 § 3, 1936).
