8.22.010 Penalties for violation.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00 for the first offense hereunder; by a fine of not more than $250.00 for a second offense hereunder; by a fine of not more than $300.00 for a third offense hereunder, and by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months or both for any fourth or subsequent offense hereunder. Every violation of this title which continues shall be deemed a separate offense for each day or portion thereof during the continuance of the violation. (Ord. 2000-5 § 1, 2000).
