9.04.010 Unlawful.
No person shall willfully or carelessly permit any vehicle in his control to obstruct the apparatus of the fire department going to a fire. (Ord. 68 Art. XV § 9, 1900).
9.04.020 Injuring fire apparatus unlawful.
It is unlawful to willfully injure any engine house, hose, engine, carriage or other apparatus, or drive over any hose of the fire department of the city. (Ord. 68 Art. XV § 10, 1900).
9.04.030 False fire alarms unlawful.
No person shall willfully make or cause to be made any false or frivolous alarm of fire. (Ord. 68 Art. XV § 11, 1900).
9.04.040 Fire apparatus beyond city limits.
Repealed by Ord. 2001-2. (Ord. 483 § 1(K), 1974; Ord. 68 Art. XV § 15, 1900).
