9.33.010 Unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person to urinate, expectorate or defecate on any public property, or upon any private property open to the public or in open view from public property. (Ord. 96-12 § 1, 1996).
9.33.020 Penalty.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, and:
A. Upon the first violation, there shall be imposed a fine not to exceed $100.00;
B. Upon the second violation within one year, there shall be imposed a fine not to exceed $200.00;
C. Upon the third and additional violations within one year, there shall be imposed a fine not to exceed $300.00. (Ord. 96-12 § 2, 1996).
