It is unlawful on any street, or in any public place:

A.  To be guilty of tumultuous or offensive conduct;

B.  To fight, quarrel or challenge to fight;

C.  To make an indecent exposure of the person. (Ord. 483 § 2(bb, cc), 1974; Ord. 68 Art. XV § 19, 1900).

9.52.020  Frightening horses prohibited.
