TEMPORARY OR PORTABLE RESTROOMS

8.32.010 Use permit required.
The placing of any temporary restroom or portable restroom within the city of Angels is prohibited unless a use permit is obtained from the office of the Angels city clerk. Such permit will be issued for a fee to be determined by resolution of the city council and the fee shall be determined on a per-day basis for each portable or temporary restroom and in accordance with the purpose of the use. In no event shall a use permit be granted for a period exceeding ninety days, with the exception of use permits granted during the construction of buildings. (Ord. 256 §1, 1982)
8.32.020 Violation--Penalty.
Any person violating or causing a violation of the provisions of this chapter, or permitting such a violation on land or in a structure owned, rented or controlled by him, is guilty of an infraction, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined fifty dollars for the first offense, one hundred dollars for the second offense within a year, and two hundred fifty dollars for the third and any subsequent offense within a year. Each day any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense punishable as provided in this section. (Ord. 256 §2, 1982)
