2.14.110 Election Procedures if Ranked Choice Voting is Not Used.

In the event that the City is unable to use ranked choice voting, the City shall hold a general election in November of each even numbered year and a run-off election, if necessary, in February immediately following the general election as provided for in the charter. (Ord. 7038-NS § 1, 5/20/08)
