2.50.060 Persons authorized to act when Director of Health, Housing and Community Services is absent or disabled.

In the case of absence or disability of the Director of Health, Housing and Community Services, the City Manager shall designate a member of the department to exercise the powers of the Director of Health, Housing and Community Services. (Ord. 7227-NS § 1 (part), 2012)
