2.72.070 Persons authorized to act when Assistant City Manager absent or disabled.

In case of absence or disability of the Assistant City Manager for Public Works, a member of the Public Works Department designated by the City Manager shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Assistant City Manager for Public Works.
