3.36.070 Termination of commission.

Unless further extended by the City Council, the Waterfront Commission shall be abolished on December 31, 2012. Prior to such date, the Council shall determine whether there is a further need for the Waterfront Commission to exist by reviewing its work during the previous three-year period, reviewing future work to be performed, and reviewing the need for continuation of this commission as a separate commission.
