10.08.110 Dead animals--In public places--Poundmaster disposal required.

It shall be the duty of the poundmaster, whenever it comes to his knowledge that any dead animal is upon any of the public streets, alleys, places or parks in the City, promptly to bury or burn or otherwise dispose of the same in the manner hereinabove provided. (Ord. 1308-NS § 8, 1927)
