12.54.050 No waiver.

By adopting this Chapter, the City of Berkeley does not waive of forego any right or privilege it currently holds with respect to ambulance services or related services under the Emergency Medical Services System and the Prehospital Emergency Medical Care Personnel Act, Health and Safety Code sections 1797, et seq. or any other law or regulation.
