16.36.030 Retention of sculpture.

The Guardian Sculpture donated to the City of Berkeley by Berkeley artist Frederic Fierstein which stands on the traffic island at the foot of University Avenue at the Berkeley Marina shall not be rejected by the City of Berkeley and shall be allowed to remain at its present location.
