19.16.140 Chapter review.

The energy commission shall, at a public meeting at least once a year, evaluate the provisions and operation of this chapter and may recommend such revisions as it considers advisable. The Energy Commission shall then report on its evaluation to the City Council. (Ord. 5802-NS § 2 (part), 1987)
