The purpose of the 2010 CHBC is to provide regulations for the preservation, restoration, rehabilitation, relocation or reconstruction of buildings or properties designated as qualified historical buildings or properties.

None of the appendices to the 2010 CHBC are adopted by this jurisdiction. (Ord. 2018 § 2 (Att. A), 2010)

The City Council hereby expressly finds that modifications, revisions, additions, deletions and other changes to the 2010 CHBC as adopted may be required for effective administration of the 2010 CHBC in this jurisdiction.

Modifications, revisions, additions, deletions and other changes to the 2010 CHBC shall be accomplished by ordinance amendment as initiated by the Community Development Department staff and adopted by the City Council. (Ord. 2018 § 2 (Att. A), 2010)
