82.60.010 Requirement.

Every subdivider proposing to create a minor subdivision shall comply with the procedure and requirements contained in this chapter. (Gov. Code § 66428)

82.60.020 Tentative map contents and procedure.

Unless otherwise provided in this title, tentative parcel maps shall be subject to the requirements and procedures applicable to tentative maps contained in Chapter 82.50 CMC.
