92.00.010 Local environmental guidelines for the implementation of CEQA.

Local environmental guidelines for the implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act and the State Guidelines for that Act have been enacted and shall be maintained by City Council resolution. (Ord. 2018 § 5 (Att. D), 2010)

92.00.020 Fees and charges for CEQA implementation.

The fees and charges associated with CEQA processing and implementation shall be as established as required and from time to time by City Council resolution. (Ord. 2018 § 5 (Att. D), 2010)
