MUNICIPALLY OWNED BUILDINGS

12.28.010 Prohibition of consumption of alcoholic beverages in municipally owned buildings without permit.
A permit shall be obtained from the city to consume alcoholic beverages in a municipal building. The permit shall be approved by the city manager or his designee. Permits issued under this section may be revoked by the city manager or his designee for violations of federal and state law or any alcohol-related ordinances of the municipal code. (Ord. 87-520 § 3).
