BUILDING MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

 2.55.010 Organization generally – Building Maintenance Superintendent.

The Building Maintenance Department shall be under the direct supervision of the building maintenance superintendent, who shall be in the unclassified service. The duties and responsibilities of this Department shall be to maintain all City-owned buildings, including provision for janitorial and cleaning services, and the remodeling, repair, modification, alteration and additions to public buildings as authorized.
