There is hereby created in the City treasury a special fund to be known as the special gas tax street improvement fund. (Ord. 472 § 1. Formerly § 25-15).
3.50.020 Payments into fund.
All moneys received by the City from the State under the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code for the acquisition of real property or interests therein for the construction, maintenance or improvement of streets or highways other than State highways shall be paid into the fund created in SCCC 3.50.010. (Ord. 472 § 2. Formerly § 25-16).
3.50.030 Expenditures.
All money in the fund established by SCCC 3.50.010 shall be expended exclusively for the purposes authorized by and subject to the applicable provisions of the Streets and Highways Code. (Ord. 472 § 3. Formerly § 25-17).
