CARD ROOMS
Code reviser's note: City Code prohibition of card rooms was reaffirmed by an advisory referendum vote at the November 3, 1992, election. At the election, the citizens voted to direct the City Council to repeal a pending City ordinance, which, if adopted, would have permitted card room(s).
