 5.95.010 Suspension – Revocation.

The procedures provided in Chapter 2.115 SCCC, General Characteristics of License or Permit – Suspension Procedure, will be utilized for suspensions and revocations of permits issued pursuant to Chapters 5.60 through 5.85 SCCC. (Added at request of city during 2003 recodification).
