10.40.010 Violation--Penalty.

A.  Violation of a provision identical to a state statute is punishable by a fine not to exceed the penalty prescribed by the state statute.

B.   1.  Violation of Sections 10.20.010 to 10.20.060 is punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars for a first offense and by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars for a second or greater offense.

2.  Violation of Sections 10.12.010 to 10.12.080 is punishable by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars.  (Ord. 2911 §2(part), 2004; Ord. 2702 §2(part), 1992; Ord. 2605 §5, 1988; Ord. 2531 §40, 1984)
