1.18.010   Use of county jail.

Any person sentenced to imprisonment for the violation of an ordinance shall be imprisoned in the county jail of Jackson County, Oregon.  (Ord. 1427 §1, 1981).

1.18.020   Payment of expenses.

The city of Central Point assumes the expenses of such imprisonment and will make payment upon such terms as shall be agreed upon between the city and county.  (Ord. 1427 §2, 1981).
