17.155.010 Permitted projections.

Architectural features above the first story which project horizontally into required side and rear yards, and any roof overhang, may only extend to within three feet of the property line. All other architectural features may project into required front, side and rear yards provided they conform to the International Building Code, and they do not interfere with vision clearance requirements.
