17.205.010 General provisions.

Any uses and activities lying within the estuary or coastal shoreland area as defined by the Coos Bay estuary management plan shall be subject to review. This review shall determine if the proposed use and/or activity complies with the applicable provisions of the estuary management plan and this title. Review shall be accomplished by the department of community services in accordance with Chapter 17.340 CBMC. [Ord. 93 § 3.16, 1987].
