10.36.010 Adoption of state law.

The provisions of ORS Chapter 823 are adopted and by this reference made a part of this section for the purpose of providing regulations for ambulances or emergency medical technicians.  (Ord. 2634 §2, 1989)

10.36.020 Fees.

The fees for the municipal ambulance service shall be as set forth in the schedule attached to the ordinance codified in this section, marked Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated in this chapter.  The schedule shall be made a part of the city comprehensive fee schedule and shall be subject to amendment by resolution adopted by the city council.  The fees chargeable for medical procedures, equipment, nonreusable supplies, medication, drugs and narcotics shall be pursuant to a written schedule approved by the city manager.  The fees as set forth in Exhibit A are adopted and shall be substituted for the existing fee schedule for ambulance services in the city comprehensive fee schedule.
