20.04.115 Computation of Fees.
1. Fees for applications, late applications, renewals, late renewals, appeals or other action pursuant to this chapter shall be established and adjusted as necessary by City Council resolution.
2. If any person operates a business in the City in more than one location, each such location shall be considered a separate business for purposes of this chapter. A business or service operated under concession or leased on the same premises, when the business is owned wholly or in part by a different person or persons shall be separately charged.
3. If two or more separate but related businesses are conducted on the same premises by the same owners, one fee shall be paid for the business to which the premises is primarily appropriated. In determining whether different activities on the same premises are related to the primary use within the meaning of this section, normal and ordinary custom and usage of businesses of like nature shall be considered.
