6.25.020 Definitions.
For the purpose of this Chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
“Zoning Disclosure” means a statement signed by a lessor which is accurate when made and which declares:
(a) the zoning classification of a particular lot or parcel of real property as shown on the Zone Map of Provo City; and
(b) the legal occupancy of each of the dwellings located on the property as governed by applicable provisions of Title 14 of the Provo City Code.
“Zoning Disclosure Form” means a statement, which is accurate when made, of the zoning requirements applicable to a particular lot or parcel of real property as set forth on the form described in Section 6.25.040 of this Chapter.
“Zoning Verification” means a review of the zoning history of a particular lot or parcel of real property and a determination made by the Provo City Development Services Department regarding nonconforming use rights running with such property, if any.
