17.22.030 Billings.

17.22.040 Contracts authorized.

The city manager is authorized to negotiate and enter into contracts with the Puget Sound Power and Light Company and Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) to provide the city with street light facilities and service. (Ord. 1633 § 1, 1996; Ord. 1105 § 3, 1983).

17.22.050 Adoption of standards.

Design, construction and maintenance of street lighting systems located within the city of Bothell corporate limits shall conform to the requirements established in the Bothell Design and Construction Standards and Specifications (Bothell Standards) as adopted by city council ordinance and incorporated herein by reference, and as may later be amended. (Ord. 1633 § 1, 1996).
