19.08.010 REGULATIONS GENERALLY - LOCATION.

Mobile home parks may be located in any area within the city and shall be arranged and constructed in compliance with the regulations set out in this chapter. (Ord. 2396 §1 (part), 1960).

19.08.020 AREA.

Each mobile home park shall contain not less than three acres of land and shall provide a minimum area of two thousand square feet, not less than thirty feet in width, for each trailer, plus additional off-street parking for one automobile. (Ord. 2396 §1(1), 1960).

19.08.030 TRAILER PLACEMENT.

Each trailer within said home park shall be set back at least fifty feet from the front street and shall have a ten-foot side clearance from any adjacent street, alley or sidewalk. No trailer shall be placed upon any site at any less distance than ten feet from any other building or trailer. (Ord. 2396 §1(2), 1960).

19.08.040 PLANTING SCREEN.

A mobile home park adjacent to or abutting upon an R-l or R-2 area shall provide a ten-foot high minimum planting screen on the sides and rear of said park. (Ord. 2396 §1(3), 1960).

19.08.050 STREETS.

All streets within said park shall be paved with a hard surface and shall be not less than thirty feet in width; ingress and egress to said park and streets shall be subject to the approval of the traffic department of the Bremerton police department. (Ord. 2396 §1(4), 1960).

19.08.060 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER REGULATIONS.

Said park shall be adequately lighted and drained and shall be construed in compliance with the building, zoning, sanitary, garbage, plumbing and all other ordinances of the city and requirements for the same shall be subject to the approval of the health department, engineer, building inspector and fire inspector. (Ord. 2396 §1(5), 1960).

19.08.070 PLAT PLAN - PERMIT.

Prior to the issuance of any permit, a plat plan in full detail shall be provided so that the different departments of the city and the planning commission may approve them. Such permit shall be issued by the building inspector upon the payment of a fee of twenty-five dollars after approval by the foregoing city agencies. (Ord. 2396 §1(6),1960).
