1.12.010 Commissioners—Number and term.

The board of county commissioners at a regular meeting held within one year from the time when they shall qualify as commissioners of the county of Chelan, by an order duly entered in the minutes of their proceedings, shall divide Chelan County into three commissioner’s districts in the manner provided by law, and designate the boundaries thereof, and at the next general election in said county there shall be elected three commissioners, one from each of said districts; the commissioners for District No. 1 to be elected for four years and the commissioners for Districts No. 2 and No. 3 for two years. 1.12.020 County Commissioner District No. 1.

Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerlines of Washington and Pershing Streets, which lies on the south line of Section 4, T22N, R20E W.M., thence north along the centerline of Pershing Street to Orchard Street, thence east along the centerline of Orchard Street to Princeton Street, thence north along the centerline of Princeton Street to Maple Street, thence west along the centerline of Maple Street to Tacoma Avenue, thence north along the centerline of Tacoma Avenue to McKittrick Street, thence east along the centerline of McKittrick Street to North Wenatchee Avenue, thence northwesterly along the centerline of North Wenatchee Avenue to the intersection with the centerline of the Wenatchee River, thence easterly along the centerline of the Wenatchee River to the centerline of the Columbia River, thence southerly along the centerline of the Columbia River to the south line of Chelan County, thence westerly along the south line of Chelan County to the SW corner of Section 31, T21N, R20E W.M., thence northwesterly along said county line to the west line of Section 22, T21N, R19E W.M., thence north following section lines to the NW corner of Section 27, T22N, R19E W.M., thence east to the SE corner of Section 21, T22N, R20E W.M., thence north along the east lines of Sections 21, 16 and 9 and the centerline of South Miller Street, said township and range, to the centerline of Millerdale Street, thence west along the centerline of Millerdale Street to Saddlerock Street, thence north along the centerline of Saddlerock, Pearl and Charles Streets to Washington Street, thence west along the centerline of Washington Street to the point of beginning. 1.12.030 County Commissioner District No. 2.

Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerlines of Washington and Pershing Streets which lies on the south line of Section 4, T22N, R20E W.M., thence north along the centerline of Pershing Street to Orchard Street, thence west along the centerline of Orchard Street to North Western Avenue, thence north along the centerline of North Western Avenue to Fifth Street, thence west along Fifth Street and the east-west centerline of section line of Sections 5 and 6, T22N, R20E W.M. to the west 1/4 corner of the said Section 6, said township and range, thence north following the section lines to the NW corner of Section 6, T24N, R20E W.M., thence west to the SW corner of Section 36, T25N, R19E W.M., thence north to the NW corner of the said Section 36, thence west to the SW corner of Section 28, said township and range, thence north to the NW corner of the said Section 28, thence west to the SW corner of Section 19, said township and range, thence north following the section lines to the NW corner of Section 19, T27N, R19E W.M., thence west to the SW corner of Section 16, T27N, R18E W.M., thence north to the NW corner of the said Section 16, thence west to the SW corner of Section 8, said township and range, thence north to the NW corner of Section 5, said township and range, thence east along the north line of the said Section 5 to the natural divide between the Entiat and Chiwawa watersheds, thence northwesterly along the said divide and the divide between the Chiwawa and Entiat River watersheds to the boundary line of Chelan County, thence southerly along said boundary line to the east line of Section 21, T21N, R19E W.M., thence north to the NW corner of Section 27, T22N, R19E W.M., thence east to the SE corner of Section 21, T22N, R20E W.M., thence north along the east lines of Sections 21, 16 and 9, said township and range, and the centerline of South Miller Street to Millerdale Street, thence west along the centerline of Millerdale Street to Saddlerock Street, thence north along the centerline of Saddlerock, Pearl and Charles Streets to Washington Street, thence west along the centerline of Washington Street to the point of beginning. Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerlines of Orchard and Pershing Streets, which is also the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 4, T22N, R20E W.M., thence west along the centerline of Orchard Street to North Western Avenue, thence north along the centerline of North Western Avenue to Fifth Street, thence west along Fifth Street and the east-west centerline of Sections 5 and 6, T22N, R20E W.M. to the west 1/4 corner of Section 6, T22N, R20E W.M., thence north following section lines to the NW corner of Section 6, T24N, R20E W.M., thence west along the township line to the SW corner of Section 36, T25N, R19E W.M., thence north to the NW corner of the said Section 36, thence west to the SW corner of Section 28, said township and range, thence north to the NW corner of the said Section 28, thence west to the SW corner of Section 19, said township and range, thence north to the NW corner of Section 19, T27N, R19E W.M., thence west to the SW corner of Section 16, T27N, R18E W.M., thence north to the NW corner of the said Section 16, thence west to the SW corner of Section 8, said township and range, thence north to the NW corner of Section 5, said township and range, thence east along the north line of the said Section 5 to the natural divide between the Entiat and Chiwawa watersheds, thence northwesterly along the said divide and the divide between Chiwawa and Entiat watersheds to the boundary line of Chelan County, thence following the said boundary line in a northerly, easterly, southeasterly and easterly direction to the intersection with the centerline of the Columbia River, thence southerly along the centerline of the said Columbia River to its intersection with the centerline of the Wenatchee River, thence westerly along the centerline of the Wenatchee River to its intersection with North Wenatchee Avenue, thence southerly along the centerline of North Wenatchee Avenue to McKittrick Street, thence West along the centerline of McKittrick Street to Tacoma Avenue, thence south along the centerline of Tacoma Avenue to Maple Street, thence east along the centerline of Maple Street to Princeton Street, thence south along the centerline of Princeton Street to Orchard Street, thence west along the centerline of Orchard Street to the centerline of Pershing Street and the point of beginning.
