(a)    The following rate structure is established at the Manson Landfill to become effective April 1, 1992:

(b)    The Manson Landfill operator’s fee shall be set at six hundred eighty-five dollars per month. 4.20.030 Rates for Dryden Transfer Station.

The following rate schedule shall apply to all solid waste disposals at the Dryden Transfer Station, said schedule to be effective September 1, 2025:
