(a) The following rate structure is established at the Manson Landfill to become effective April 1, 1992:

(b) The Manson Landfill operator’s fee shall be set at six hundred eighty-five dollars per month. The following rate schedule shall apply to all solid waste disposals at the Dryden Transfer Station, said schedule to be effective September 1, 2025:
