The annual salary to be paid members of the board of county commissioners for the period of January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2016, shall be as follows:
For the period January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2013, for position 3 only, one hundred four thousand two hundred twenty-four dollars ($104,224); for the period January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2014, for position 3 only, one hundred six thousand two hundred twenty-four dollars ($106,224) and for:
