2.52.010 Authorization.

The chairman of the board of county commissioners is authorized to sign for and on behalf of Clark County that certain document entitled “Clark County Regional Planning Council Agreement,” which document is marked “Exhibit A” and is by this reference incorporated and made a part hereof and by such signature Clark County shall become a member of the council.
