2.74.020 Contract authorizes.

The board of county commissioners, by the signature of a majority of its members, is authorized to contract as provided in Exhibit “A,” and thereby bind the county and create the “Clark Regional Communications Agency” by interlocal agreement. (Res. 1975-09-61 (part), 1975)
