3.30.070 Effective date and notice.

The effective date of the tax on switched access lines, radio access lines, and interconnected voice over Internet service access lines herein imposed is July 25, 2011, and notice of the tax shall be provided by Clark County to all companies providing switched access, radio access, and interconnected voice over Internet protocol service at least sixty (60) days in advance of the date on which the first payment is due.
