2.05.010 Regular meetings – Study sessions – When.

The Council shall hold regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Study sessions may be held on the first Tuesday of each month. The third Tuesday of each month is reserved for an additional study session, if so required, or for special events. Nothing in this section shall restrict the Council from conducting a Council meeting or study session at any other time upon proper notice. The regular meetings and study sessions shall begin at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noticed. Should any meeting occur on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held at the same hour and place on the following Tuesday. Should any meeting occur on a general or primary election day, or special election day called within the City of Covington, the meeting shall be held at the same hour and place on the following Tuesday. 2.05.030 Location.

Regular City Council meetings, study sessions and special meetings shall be held at the designated City Council chambers, unless otherwise noticed. (Ord. 10-02 § 3)
