UNEMPLOYMENT RESERVE FUND

3.40.030    Purpose.

3.40.010 Established.

There is hereby established and created an Unemployment Reserve Fund which shall be fund No. 501. (Ord. 58-97 § 1)

3.40.020 Source of funds.

The money to be deposited into the Unemployment Reserve Fund shall be the City’s contribution made to fund the City’s self-insured unemployment compensation reserve. (Ord. 58-97 § 1)

3.40.030 Purpose.

Monies from the Unemployment Reserve Fund shall be used for the payment of unemployment claims filed by City employees, as required by State law. (Ord. 58-97 § 1)
