COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND

3.45.030    Purpose.

3.45.010 Established.

There is hereby established and created a community development block grant fund which shall be fund No. 103. (Ord. 58-97 § 3)

3.45.020 Source of funds.

The money to be deposited into the community development block grant fund shall be grant monies received from the Federal government which are designated as community development block grant funds. (Ord. 58-97 § 3)

3.45.030 Purpose.

Monies from the community development block grant fund shall be used for the purposes stated in and consistent with the terms and conditions of the grant described in CMC 3.45.020. (Ord. 58-97 § 3)
