10.05.010 Adoption.

The “Washington Model Traffic Ordinance,” Chapter 308-330 WAC, as now written or hereinafter amended is hereby adopted by reference as the traffic ordinance of the City of Covington as if set forth in full. A true and correct copy of the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance in effect as of the date of adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and marked Exhibit A and can be found on file in the office of the City Clerk.
