2.66.010 Business hours for city offices.

*For the statutory provisions requiring that all city offices shall be kept open during such days and hours as the legislative body of the city shall by ordinance prescribe, see RCW 35A.21.070.

2.66.010 Business hours for city offices.

“City offices,” as used herein, means all offices of the city except the fire department offices. City offices shall be kept open for the transaction of business from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (standard time or daylight savings time, whichever is the official time for the state on any particular date) on Monday through Friday of each week, except on holidays. The fire department shall be open at all times. (Ord. 2552 § 1, 1994; Ord. 1695 § 1, 1974; Ord. 1556 § 1, 1972).
