Chapter 42.56 RCW, as it now exists or is hereafter amended, is hereby adopted by this reference. The city clerk is the city’s designated custodian of public records. (Ord. 809 § 1, 2006: Ord. 225 § 1, 1977)

1.12.030  Request—Form.

All persons desiring to inspect or receive a copy of any public record of the city must make their request in writing, directed to the Ocean Shores city clerk or designee. Public records request forms are available through the city clerk. Photocopies of records requested shall be made and provided by the city upon payment of the following fees to cover the cost of photocopying:

A. Fifteen cents for each page photocopied.

B. Two dollars for certification or verification of each document requested.

C. Blueprints, CDs, or other forms of production at reproduction cost.

D. Eight dollars per audio tape.

E. Fifteen dollars per DVD, if provided by the city.
