The city longevity pay plan is created and shall apply to all permanent, full-time employees of the city. (Ord. 1725 § 1, 2007)
2.100.020 Amounts designated.
Longevity payments to employees shall be as follows upon completion of the following employment periods:

2.100.030 Payment.
Longevity payment shall be made in one lump sum during the month of December. The payment shall be the amount stated in RMC 2.100.020, less the employee’s regular deductions. (Ord. 1725 § 1, 2007)
