2.78.010 Public works/planning/development services manager—Position created.

There is created the position of public works/planning/development services manager who shall be called “manager” for the purpose of this chapter. (Ord. 1386 § 1 (part), 1993)

2.78.020 Manager—Appointed.

The manager shall be appointed by the city administrator. (Ord. 1386 § 1 (part), 1993)

2.78.030 Manager—Duties.

The manager shall manage and oversee the public works, planning, and development services functions of the city and in addition shall serve as director of public works and building official as defined in the Shelton Municipal Code. (Ord. 1386 § 1 (part), 1993)

2.78.040 Manager—Compensation.

The manager shall be compensated as provided for by the city commission. (Ord. 1386 § 1 (part), 1993)
